160M Shunt Feed Tower

I shunt feed my 100' of Rohn 45 using a three wire cage. Matching is performed  with this "Shunt-C/Series-C" matching system.  I use a remote motor driven vacuum variable capacitor. The matching system is enclosed in a black and clear waterproof Plexiglas enclosure with the motor drive vacuum variable control unit located in the shack. Due to a lightning strike in 2023, the shunt capacitors have all been replaced. Probably a lower "Q" resulting in a bit more bandwith. I can now tune the entire lower porion of the band without need of adjustment in the series vaccum variable. (See the SWR chart) I have also added a Watts Engineering common mode choke at the feedpoint. The pictures below provide more detail.
